New 2019 Summer Exhibit

Starting Saturday June 15th, Deep River Historical Society presents a Celebration of the Winthrop Baptist Church in honor of the Church’s 275th Anniversary.

Winthrop is a small community that is part of the town of Deep River and an important part of the history of the town. Come and view this new exhibit and learn about the past and see multiple photos of this important piece of the town’s rich history.

The exhibit will be on display at the Stone House, 245 Main Street, Deep River. The Stone House is open Saturday and Sundays from 2-4 pm from June 15 through Family Day in September, with a few exceptions for Father’s Day and Muster Weekend in July.
