Have you ever visited the repository of Deep River’s history? Do you want to know more about our town? Even if you have visited before, there are new exhibits to see and older exhibits that are a pleasure to revisit. Please join us at the Deep River Historical Society on Opening Day, June 10, 2023, from 11 AM to 1 PM. This summer is the last chance to see our popular and acclaimed WWII Exhibit to which we have made some recent additions. Don’t miss our monumental exhibition about the history of industry in Deep River, “From Wharf to Waterfall.” Children of all ages will be intrigued by a what seem to them unidentifiable objects that evoke daily life in the past. Explore! Learn! Enjoy! Admission is free.
