Historic Ladies Sewing Circle

The Historic Ladies Sewing Circle consists of Ladies representing various time periods that come together to sew.  These ladies portray women from the 1740's through the 1920's. They will be sewing on the Stone House veranda and would be happy to talk with visitors about their clothing and their sewing projects. Take a step back in time and visit with these knowledgeable women about their projects.

Family Day

Come out for the many family friendly activities on Family Day but don’t miss the ORPHAN CAR SHOW co hosted by the DR Merchants and the DR Historical Society. An orphan car is a car whose manufacturer is no longer making cars. These specialty cars will be the focus of the show with other antique vehicles on display as well AS THE Society’s mule and horse drawn vehicles.
